My favorite thing about the hotel was the Caring staff. Hotel employee took care of me so well and help me solve all my situations. I give her a 10++

Great stay. Excellent, 5 Star+ service. Friendly, helpful staff. The newly renovated rooms are clean and comfortable and nicely furnished. One thing I noticed was the new bathroom faucets are set back to far from the basin. Water splashes all over the counter. I just placed a towel there. It was not an issue. We will return again because of the staff, cleanliness, excellent breakfast, pet friendly and location.

Pretty decent hotel and very good price. We happened to stay while they were doing construction but it will be even better once that's complete. The front desk was very nice about letting us swap rooms to a different location that was further from the construction. The breakfast options were very nice as well.

We had been back and forth to Phoenix several times due to an ailing relative which eventually culminated in a final visit for a funeral. The accommodations, comfort and staff went above and beyond to make our entire extended family feel welcome. We each received a gift bag with some treats and a condolences card, which exceeded what any of us thought we’d receive from a chain hotel. Well done Jamy, it was very much appreciated. I recommend this hotel to anyone, as it’s the very least we can do for how they showed the best type of service to us.

The only complaint I had, was there was no pool, its being remodeled. When it done, it will be wonderful. Not many people want a pool, so that isnt the problem.

Stayed here after a NYE party to avoid traveling great distance home. Our room was one of the remodeled recently from their current remodel phase. Their breakfast offers coffee with cocoa option, Oatmeal with mix ins, cereal and breads, Omlette, crisp bacon, and potato chunks, juices, and a mini waffle station that offered vanilla waffles or Blueberry waffles. Staff was very friendly.

As I write this review I cannot even hear the television in my room. They are renovating the room above us. Work started just after 8:15 this morning. The hotel is rather worn and I understand they need to remodel. But hearing a mechanical chisel on my ceiling at this hour is unbelievable!. Evidently no thought was given to logistics of what room was being occupied below the renovation. We come to Gilbert frequently to visit our granddaughter and there are two other hotels across the street. I don't care how nice they make this place we will never stay here again! Nor will I stay at another Hilton property.

This is just not good. The room smells like fumes from some chemicals and isn’t clean. Found fecal matter on the bottom of the toilet seat when I lifted it up. Tv remote was super dirty. Found hair in the tub. The place looks pretty bad and we were told when we arrived that our room was just renovated. That’s not a huge deal breaker but it doesn’t help when you bring up that it is gonna look great and we walk in and you can just glance around the bathroom and see there’s already damage or issues with how they did the wallpaper or the how the door looks real bad at the bottom of it. The bigger thing of course is it ain’t clean. Not good. Update 10/22/23: how would I tell you my room number? Where would I reply to? I would be happy to update this that something was done once your team does so.
